Restaurant House's serves products
can be tasted typical of the tradition of Cilento area, that guards
the historical memory of the territory with their original tastes,
revalued and enriched by the originality of the delicious recipes of
Mrs Maddalena. Excellent meats and hand prepared
pasta as cavatellis (scazzatielli), fusilli, ravioli with ricotta,
sweets or salty, seasoned with juice of meat sauce
(bocconotti). Besides sottoli, pickled, vegetables of
season, and a lot of dessert in accord with the local
tradition.
