The House is on two levels. At the first restaurant (capacity 32 people), suitable for small parties or ceremonies, and a modern kitchen. It is also possible to have lunch to the open to the coolness of a vine-trellis or the oaks, enjoying of the landscape and of the mild climate of the hill.
   At the second floor, which it be accessed through staircases interns or external, the guests will be able sleeping in two comfortable rooms, every with private services and shower, in ancient style furnished, for a total of 6 places bed.
